Positive: Alles war perfekt. Negative: Nach der Buchung bei Booking com meldete sich eine Agentur für die Abmeldeformalitäten. Das war etwas nervig und hat technisch nicht funktioniert. Das Thema konnte vor Ort erledigt werden.

Positive: I was very please with the service as a whole. Breakfast was always fresh and served on demand. Room Service provided only upon request. Perfect Location in the middle of Beirut. Many restaurants and shops around. The Staff were very friendly. It is also great that you donate profits from the hotel to charity. Negative: The showerhead in Room 1 is not working very well, needs replacement.
