Charming and super nice Positive: Very pleasant experience, and it felt great to know that by booking with Tamanna Guesthouse we are contributing to a great cause. Facilities are convenient, and easy to navigate with ease. Excellent location and beautifully decorated and designed room. Maggie my host was super hospitable and waited for me for the check in and did a good room orientation. Negative: Nothing much just some minor points requiring attention to details , but nothing to worry about.

Positive: Beit Tamanna has such a special vibe. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Gemmayzeh, and staying in an authentic building makes the experience feel much more special than a regular hotel. The place itself is comfortable, beautifully designed and incredibly thoughtful. Every space and every little detail feels carefully curated - honestly, it’s the kind of place where you want to photograph every corner. And then there is something that makes it even more special: discovering the story and purpose behind Beit Tamanna, and knowing that the guesthouse supports Tamanna’s work with critically ill children in Lebanon. Such a beautiful idea behind an already beautiful place. Negative: Nothing I really disliked - just two small suggestions. For the room where I stayed (#6 The Hills Are Alive) I’d add some softer bedside lighting that can be switched off from the bed, and a little more surface space for personal belongings, perhaps with an extra side table. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Wonderful Positive: Everything was perfect: Clean, location is perfect, friendly staff, breakfast is good, etc… Negative: Nothing to be highlighted except that there is no parking. However, I found place to park my car in front of the hotel.

Heartstay Positive: The building itself is a beautiful example of classic Lebanese architecture. The concept of the guesthouse is thoughtfully curated. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious Lebanese breakfast served each morning. It was a delightful way to start the day, featuring fresh, local ingredients and traditional flavors. The staff's performance was exemplary. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. Their hospitality truly enhanced the overall experience. What makes this place even more special is that part of the proceeds from your stay go toward making a child’s dream come true. Knowing that my visit contributed to something meaningful made the experience even more rewarding. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone seeking a memorable stay in Beirut.
