Canvas Boutique Hotel - Giacometti

Misrepresented location of co-living space (not a boutique hotel) Negative: 1 - the address provided on the listing does not correspond to the real location of the property. It is on Gouraud street (an EXTREMELY loud street in Genmayzeh) but on Booking it is located on Sursock street (a very quiet & residential area). We were unable to sleep before 3 am for 3 nights in a row. 2 - the accommodation is misrepresented. While promoted as a boutique hotel, it’s a co-living space with no hotel amenities, food service, or staff. 3 - security issues: the bedroom doors are meant to have a code to unlock, however, whichever 4 number combination you enter allows you to enter any room. 4 - dangerous water: the water in the shower and sink is salty seawater, which was our last drop. The place was conceived to look great in pictures but is actually very far from the type of service one expects at this price.

Incredible Positive: In the heart of Gemayze, this masterpiece of a property blends luxury, art, and comfort seamlessly. I fell in love with every detail, and the room was incredibly comfortable. The hosts, Maggie and Martha, were amazing! they helped me with my late check-in and provided all the necessary instructions. I couldn’t be happier with my stay and will definitely return to explore the other rooms. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
