BREI Suites: City Comfort

Positive: الغرفه صغيره لكن نظيفه وموقعها حلو في شارع حيوي كله مطاعم ومقاهي في الجميزه، الموظفين خدومين وبالاخص الاخت ماقي كانت لطيفه ومتعاونه وعزمتني على فطور لبناني تقليدي وكان تعاملها لطيف ومتعاونه جدا اشكرها شكر خاص والكل صراحه كان تعامله ممتاز جدا وبكرر الزياره ان شاءالله🙏🏻

Comfy stay with wonderful customer service Positive: Customer service was excellent; responsive and great communicators. Maggie in particular was super, offering restaurant suggestions, things to do, advice etc; I felt she was available for any questions and solve any issue; not that there were any issues, but just knowing she was responsive just in case gives guests a sense of security and comfort. Room was impeccably clean, modern, and very comfortable, with good sustainability options. Negative: Not a deal-breaker, but the choice of rooms was either at an internal entrance to a courtyard which mean if the curtains were open it meant anyone coming and going could see in the room, or the other option being on the road which had noise.

good for one person for one night, hosting staff is responsive and cooperative Positive: Location is great Negative: Rooms are too small for two persons, toilets privacy are zero, and for some reason there is no Shattaf. like western style.

Positive: The rooms are really nice, well built and well designed. The host was very kind, we had a complaint and they took immediate action. It's easy access and check-in is smooth. Negative: The place needs some deep cleaning and better cleaning products, lots of stains, it very nice space but not well maintained in terms of cleaning. I didn't get the check-in instruction until I asked, although they responded fast when I reached out to them.

Convenient Positive: Location is excellent. Clean and cozy Negative: I think that price was a little high. And their prices vary a lot
