This was by far the most appalling and infuriating booking experience of my life Positive: Nothing Negative: Cockroaches everywhere — inside the apartment, under the beds, and even pouring out of the drains after management’s so-called “repair.” This apartment and its managers are scammers. The place was filthy: dirty mattresses, ripped furniture, holes in the bedsheets, dead insects under the beds, and old, smelly towels. The listing photos were completely misleading — the glass table shown online didn’t even exist, the furniture was different, and what was there was damaged and worn. On arrival they demanded $200 in cash as a “deposit,” which, based on how they handled everything else, we doubt we would have ever seen again. When we reported issues at 10 AM, no one came until 8 PM, and their “solution” only made the infestation worse. We left immediately and booked a hotel. As for the refund, the manager deliberately sent it under the wrong name so it could not be collected, then told us to check again later — only to cancel the transfer the same day and pull the money back. This property is unsafe, unsanitary, and run by dishonest people — a fraudulent listing that should be removed from Booking.com.
